I remember watching with horror a C-SPAN broadcasted hearing regarding the sterilization of certain portions of the population (such as criminals, poor and minority groups). Now the administration is stacking their bench with people whose philosophy on eugenics will right the global warming "wave" to help curb the population growth they see as damaging to the earth. This sounds crazy, but if you read the news and pay attention to what is going on, you can't help come to any other conclusion. We would think that there would have been some progress in the last 2oo years. It all adds up to the disrespect for the sanctity of life-which is rapidly losing ground in the most civilized country in the world. I hope the rules of planning on or shortening ones life will also apply to the members of Congress and the Senate,particularly those with incurable cancer.
